Our new sales leader  will manage and oversee the sales operation, including domestic and international equipment sales. This position is based in beautiful Sonoma County, California.

Responsibilities include: Works to implement the CEO's strategy and targets for the team. Achieves company sales quotas for equipment sales Works closely with the VP of Operations and Senior Manufacturing Manager Overall accuracy of the opportunity sales pipeline Direct supervision of team members, including weekly updates, monthly meetings, and annual reviews Required Education and Experience: 10+ years experience with B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment 5+ years of management experience in leading and building a team Food processing industry experience preferred Ability to sell complex systems as well as single machines Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business field Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales Must have the appetite to understand complex systems and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Must be willing to travel Ability to work with Salesforce CRM Full Time Salaried: 40+ hours per week Hours: Monday - Friday We offer 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, and PTO.
