Blentech Corporation, a leader in designing and building stainless steel custom food processing systems in Santa Rosa, California, is seeking a Sales Leader to manage our global sales team. This position is based in Sonoma County, California, and involves overseeing domestic and international equipment sales.

Achieving company sales quotas for equipment sales. Collaborating closely with the VP of Operations and Senior Manufacturing Manager. Maintaining the accuracy of the opportunity sales pipeline. Supervising team members through weekly updates, monthly meetings, and annual reviews. Required Education and Experience: 10+ years of B2B field sales experience in industrial equipment within a manufacturing environment. 5+ years of management experience leading and building a sales team. Experience in the food processing industry is preferred. Ability to sell complex systems and single machines. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business field. Proven excellence in negotiating and closing sales. Ability to understand complex systems and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel. Experience with Salesforce CRM. This is a full-time salaried position, requiring 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday.
