Responsibilities
Cultivate and develop a pipeline of target candidates for recruiting and acquisitions
Provide training and support for a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Develop and implement an annual recruiting plan aligned with organizational objectives
Establish and achieve sales recruitment goals and activities for the organization
Conduct competitor analysis to monitor recruiting activities and tools within the industry
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the promotional products industry and sales management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and email marketing campaigns
Proven ability to prospect candidates through various channels, including social media and in-person meetings
Strong competency in interpreting financial statements and basic business structures such as P&L and Income Statements
Ability to travel up to 30% annually
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading meetings both in-person and virtually
Demonstrated ability to motivate and successfully recruit new sales talent
Familiarity with Salesforce database management and deal management processes
Organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with effective leadership and time management skills
