Our hotel has recently undergone a full renovation all guest rooms, public areas, and banquet facilities have been completely upgraded to provide a fresh, modern experience for our guests. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Sales & Marketing to lead our newly repositioned property into its next chapter of commercial success.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities for the hotel
Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients and business partners
Create and implement business, sales, and marketing plans
Stay on top of market trends and prepare competitive analysis reports
Act as the main point of contact for all corporate clients
Represent the hotel at various events and sales initiatives
Set clear goals and strategies for the sales & marketing team
Analyse data and performance metrics to inform decisions and strategies
Ensure proficiency in and effective use of major sales systems (e.g., Delphi & Salesforce)
Motivate, lead, and develop a high-performing team
Act as the hotel's social media Champion
Work Experience:
Several years of experience in a similar role within international hotel chains, ideally in major cities
Strong leadership and people management skills
Skilled in using major hotel sales systems and CRM tools
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of commercial KPIs
Clear goal setter with a results-driven approach
Strong negotiator and confident communicator
Warm, authentic, and service-oriented personality
Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
Highly organized, flexible, creative, and resilient
A true team player who enjoys working with people
