We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to join our team! This leadership role is key to aligning sales and marketing strategies with our go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives, supporting New Business (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise) and Expansion Sales. The ideal candidate will optimize revenue-generating activities to drive growth and efficiency across the organization.
Strategic & Operational Support: Support the Head of Marketing and their leadership team with day-to-day operations, strategic planning, data and analytics, and budget management. Establish a business rhythm with cross-functional teams to review performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Develop and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making. Identify key growth levers, size their potential impact, and present recommendations to leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Prioritization: Drive and own the prioritization process between Marketing and key stakeholders—Growth, Sales, RevOps, and Finance—to align on strategic goals and deliver on GTM OKRs. Analyze current business trends, uncover key drivers of change, and forecast performance.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the entire marketing funnel’s performance, develop data-driven insights, and recommend improvements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Development: Mentor the marketing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Qualifications
12+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and related technologies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic vision and operational excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Additional Information
The annual base salary range for this position is $207,000 — $297,000 USD. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
