What You Will Do Manages the sales team’s operating budget, strategic plans, and finances, facilitating the implementation and communication of plans and overseeing progress to achieve revenue and financial goals. Oversees business processes to achieve revenue targets through new client sales and onboarding, ensuring exceptional quality service; identifies and addresses procedural and policy concerns. Establishes impactful relationships between product management, customer experience, legal, and operations to support strategic sales initiatives and goals. Works with finance to identify trends, ensuring accurate projections and attainable goals for the sales team. Manages and reviews product improvements and pricing, ensuring adherence to policy and standards; reviews pricing exceptions and addresses pricing issues to achieve sales objectives. Ensures sales teams build meaningful relationships and create an excellent client, carrier, and vendor experience to support and influence a positive brand perspective. Partners with sales leaders to advise and collaborate on overall sales team performance and development, identifying skills gaps and creating opportunities to ensure successful outcomes. Provides support and coaching to the sales team during calls and demonstrations, ensuring training and development needed to meet business objectives. Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.
Education Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
Experience Qualifications Typically 10+ years

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $147,000. The final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, location, and experience. Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet’s commission plan.
