The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with experience managing multi-state territories, developing distributor networks, and fostering long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between EAM Mosca and all distributors within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with distributor principals, sales teams, and service departments.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to evaluate performance, market share, and growth opportunities.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to increase revenue, market penetration, and brand awareness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through distributor channels.
- Work closely with distributors to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotions, and joint customer presentations.
- Market and Territory Development
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Ensure territory coverage and distributor engagement across all key markets and industries in the region.
- Represent EAM Mosca at industry events, trade shows, and distributor meetings to promote products and capabilities.
- Operational Support and Coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Technical Service, and Customer Support to ensure distributor needs are met.
- Provide guidance to distributors on quoting, pricing, product selection, and technical solutions.
- Oversee lead distribution, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely responses and reduce channel conflicts.
- Training and Development
- Organize and deliver product training sessions for distributor sales and service teams.
- Support distributor onboarding and education to ensure brand consistency and technical competency.
- Encourage adoption of EAM Mosca’s sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in distributor/channel management, preferably in packaging equipment, industrial machinery, or capital equipment sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing multi-state territories.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel 50–70% within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting tools.
