Overview Position: District Sales Manager (seasonal). The role starts in July and typically ends in November. Brand: Spirit Halloween Weekly rate ranges from $1,320 - $1,345 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and related functions. Construction, opening, operating, and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores. Qualifications Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Must have a flexible schedule. 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position. Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
