District Sales Manager

Job Description
- Develop and execute a sales plan for district by customer and product lines to maximize the sales and profit opportunities for CCI.
- Develop and maintain a strong and positive customer relationship with purchasing, product management, and production decision makers through consistent face to face communication.
- Pursue new product and market opportunities. Identify future market, product and application opportunities.
- Provide customer service to assigned customers and handle requirements with the sense of urgency they deserve. Ensure that customer’s needs are met, and issues are resolved in a fair and expeditious manner.
- Regularly update and maintain customer records in SalesForce including daily events weekly highlights, opportunity sales funnel, and upcoming tasks with customers.
- Submit all required reports in a clearly worded and timely manner.
- Perform lamination audits for those accounts outside of Elkhart County area within the assigned district.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Sales Skills – ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Experience with a structured sales process, Professional Selling Skills or Strategic Selling methodologies required. 7+ years of strategic selling experience required. Experience with Consultative selling a plus.
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, customers, supervisors, and technical organizations in a positive and objective manner.
- Organizational Skills - Ability to plan, schedule and organize work priorities and objectives with minimal supervision. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Experience in RV industry preferred.
- Overnight travel could be up to 10% (Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, south eastern states).
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent desired

- In or very near Elkhart County, IN.
