* Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve sales peak performance * Maintain knowledge and trends in the in-home sales industry * Develop local advertising and marketing efforts to generate sales opportunities * Create positive relationships with customers and employees * Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills * Maintain operational compliance with corporate policies, practices, procedures, and government regulation Qualifications
As a District Sales Manager for Champion Window, you must be a successful, confident sales leader who has experience effectively leading sales business.
