Key Responsibilities

· Lead, manage, and mentor a team of roofing sales representatives

· Set and track performance metrics and sales goals

· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth

· Build strong relationships with contractors, clients, and partners

· Stay informed on roofing industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

· Willing to travel throughout Florida (up to 75%)

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience in the roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling industry (required)

· Demonstrated success in sales management or team leadership

· Experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools

· Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
