Dizario Search is actively seeking candidates for a Division Sales Manager opportunity. Located near Hartford, CT our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this industry leader. The Division Sales Manager will be a very visible position, responsible for leading sales teams and achieving goals across the US & Canada. Additional Responsibilities: Create maintenance strategies with customers to promote additional services, driving repair opportunities Travel to customer sites to identify issues and provide support, creating sales Cultivate sales and customer relationships with key customers Supervise and create annual budgets for Account and Regional Managers, driving KPI’s across all sites

The Ideal Candidate will have: AS or BS Degree required Experience in reliability work, project management, field service work or machine design for manufacturing Aerospace and MRO experience required Managerial experience in a manufacturing work environment and knowledge of ERP systems Ability to travel 50% of the time
