JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and train a high-performing sales team to achieve company goals. Business Development: Drive new business development initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Sales Process Participation: Actively participate in the sales process to ensure goal achievement. Market Analysis: Conduct competitive market/trend analysis to inform strategies and contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting. Document Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and prompt submission of sales documents and contracts. Event Planning: Organize sales events for brokers and customers to enhance sales opportunities. Product Knowledge: Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and vendor sessions. Sales Presentations: Continuously enhance sales presentations to achieve high performance standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS WA & OR Real Estate Licenses required. Bachelor's degree in business/sales field or associate's degree with equivalent experience. 5 years of sales and customer service experience, including leadership in real estate teams and/or new home sales. NSS preferred, not required. Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets. Effective at organization, multitasking, and time management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Skilled negotiator with a proactive problem-solving approach. Effectively utilize CRM tools and train team members on CRM usage for thorough lead follow-up. Effective presenter, comfortable with public speaking. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to lift to 15 lbs. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to travel locally throughout the SWWA and Portland Metro area.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We have an in-office culture with a general work schedule of 8:00am - 5:00pm. The office is based in Vancouver, WA; however, this role covers a territory spanning Southwest Washington to the Portland Metro area. The successful candidate must be comfortable with travel within these regions at least two days per week
