Are you an experienced DOOH seller ready to drive revenue for one of the fastest-growing Commerce Media networks? Join the Western Union Media Network (WUMN) and drive sales for our digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens in high-traffic urban and retail environments.

This role is focused on new business development, client partnerships, and campaign execution across WUMN’s DOOH inventory. You’ll leverage pre-existing and new relationships with agencies, brands, and programmatic platform partners to deliver impactful campaigns that connect advertisers with multicultural and retail-focused audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong rolodex of DOOH agency buyers and brand-direct clients, especially in local and regional markets, and be adept at building integrated media campaigns that align with advertiser goals. Experience working with retail-based digital networks preferred.
Role Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new DOOH advertising partnerships (national, regional, local).
Grow revenue across WUMN’s retail-based DOOH footprint through direct, agency, and programmatic sales.
Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to grow revenue across WUMN’s DOOH footprint.
Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat investment.
Respond to RFPs, develop proposals, and deliver measurable DOOH campaign solutions.
Collaborate with AdOps, Data, and Marketing to build solutions and ensure flawless execution.
Consistently hit or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM systems.
Role Requirements
5–8 years DOOH media sales experience (retail-based network experience a plus).
Strong agency and brand-direct relationships in DOOH.
Existing relationships with DOOH-focused agencies, buyers, and brands is a must.
Familiarity with selling media in or around physical retail environments.
Proven track record of driving new business and revenue growth.
Knowledge of programmatic DOOH platforms (Vistar, PlaceExchange, Broadsign) and campaign performance metrics.
Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and building integrated media campaigns.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment.
Experience with GSTV, Grocery TV, Atmosphere, Volta, or similar DOOH providers preferred
Experience selling retail-based DOOH preferred
Knowledge of multicultural marketing or audiences preferred

Salary
The base salary is $130,000 - $150,000 USD per year. Total on target compensation combines base salary with a high-impact commission structure that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
