Work warm/hot leads alongside targeted canvassing. Follow a simple door playbook, close at the doorstep, and log every block.
What you’ll do
Daily goals: doors / live conversations / demos / closes .
Quick-quote tool to speed decisions.
Same-day CRM logging; clean handoff to activation.
Weekly coaching and territory planning.
What you’ll bring
Confident in-person communication; persistence.
Coachable; scripts/objections; repeatable steps.
Flexible availability; driver’s license, transportation, smartphone; work authorization.
Spanish a plus.
Compensation & growth
Commission-based with paid training , uncapped commissions, and weekly/monthly bonuses.
OTE $40,000–$60,000+ ; growth to Team Lead / Manager-in-Training .
