Dual Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven  Sales Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in driving revenue growth by cultivating client relationships, developing business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. As a leader on our sales team, you’ll focus on building long-term partnerships and promoting the unique experiences our hotel has to offer. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients.
Generate new business through proactive sales efforts, including client visits, networking events, and telemarketing.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements meet the hotel’s revenue goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of client events, meetings, and stays.
Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Manage and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, lead conversions, and market share.
