Eastern Regional Sales Manager

We are currently hiring an Eastern Regional Manager (RM) to oversee sales operations throughout the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory, preferably in Long Island, NY / Connecticut Area. This role is key to driving regional growth, executing strategic initiatives, and leading a team of Territory Sales Representatives toward achieving sales targets. The RM will also directly manage select key accounts to strengthen relationships and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Educate, train, develop and motivate Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals
- Communicate and promote Nature's Plus core values and policies
- Consistently communicate territory success/challenges with the Executive VP of Sales
- Identify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities within the Region
- Collaborate w/ Key Accounts in Region to improve penetration of NP brand
- Partner w/ Sales Administration to coordinate Sales Rep recruitment efforts
- Attend National Sales Meetings and Manager's Meetings
- Represent Nature's Plus at industry events
- Perform other work related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Ideally located and reside in Long Island, NY / Connecticut Area
- Minimum 3-5 years of Sales Management
- Proven track record in leading a sales team to produce positive results
- Strong work ethic, passion for driving sales
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence others
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales presentation skills
- Results driven, self-motivated
- Must be able to travel up to 75%
