We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven eCommerce Sales Associate to support and grow our strategic partnership with Lowe’s.com. This role blends client relationship management, sales growth, and operational coordination to ensure a seamless and high-performing e-commerce experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
· Serve as a primary contact for Lowe’s accounts, conducting regular check-ins and quarterly reviews.
· Build lasting partnerships through transparency, responsiveness, and performance.
· Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Growth Strategy
· Drive revenue through online platforms by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
· Develop proposals to expand product adoption and consistently meet growth targets.
· Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform strategy.
Product Listings & Optimization
· Create and optimize product listings for visibility and conversion.
· Manage SEO keywords, images, and descriptions to align with platform standards.
· Ensure compliance with Lowe’s content and merchandising guidelines.
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
· Manage backorders and forecast demand to support seasonal and promotional planning.
Promotions & Advertising
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns tailored to Lowe’s audience.
· Manage PPC budgets and performance, adjusting strategies based on ROI analysis.
Reporting & Analytics
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, retention, and satisfaction.
· Prepare and present account performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
· Share client feedback with internal teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· 2–4 years of experience in account management, preferably in retail or home improvement sectors.
· Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Experience working with large retail accounts like Lowe’s or Home Depot is a plus.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
