Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist with prior experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or women’s health products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving minimum $10,000+ MRR in online sales, with strong expertise in driving growth through direct-to-consumer channels including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Fullscript, affiliate networks, and subscription models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute direct-to-consumer e-commerce sales strategy for Ferravitin and upcoming product lines.
  • Manage and optimize online platforms: Shopify, Amazon, Fullscript, and other supplement sales channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention via affiliate marketing, subscription bundles, and referral programs.
  • Build and scale affiliate/influencer partnerships in women’s health and wellness markets.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver consistent monthly recurring revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize funnels, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on FDA, FTC, and e-commerce compliance for supplements and consumer products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce sales for dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or wellness brands.
  • Proven ability to deliver and manage $10,000+ MRR consistently in the USA market.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, affiliate marketing, and D2C subscription models.
  • Familiarity with women’s health, nutraceutical trends, and consumer purchase behavior in the USA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup.

Preferred

  • Experience launching women’s health or iron-related supplements.
  • Established network of affiliate marketers, influencers, and wellness practitioners in the USA.
  • Understanding of nutraceutical regulatory compliance.
