We’re growing fast and need someone who operates with urgency and energy, connects easily with people, and can turn warm ecommerce leads into happy, paying customers.
You’ll be the go-to expert helping shoppers choose high-quality interior and exterior doors, windows, and vanities—both in-stock and custom.
What You’ll Own:
Engage warm inbound leads via phone, email, web forms, and chat (RingCentral, Shopify)
Understand what customers really need and recommend the right products
Close the deal—accurately process and manage orders using our online systems
Stay on top of your follow-ups and order pipelines using Monday.com
Deliver professional, helpful communication with homeowners, contractors, and designers
Coordinate with warehouse and support teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
Be the product expert—learn key specs, measurements, materials, and configurations so you can confidently guide buying decisions

You understand construction, remodeling, or residential design.
You’ve worked with Shopify and know how to manage custom product orders.
