Educational Inside Sales Representative Scope
The Company is seeking a goal-driven Educational Inside Sales Representative to connect with prospective students and sell educational products—including online courses and books. This position is designed for someone with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the discipline to reach and exceed set performance metrics.
Educational Inside Sales Representative Position Details
Location: Onsite – Coconut Creek, FL
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (6 required Saturdays annually with flexible rescheduling)
What You Bring
You’re Someone Who Has:
·A minimum of 3–5 years of inside sales experience
·A proven ability to consistently hit sales targets, including $15,000+ in weekly sales
·Experience in educational product sales or a related industry
·A bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
·The ability to spend 10+ hours per week on the phone engaging customers
·Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and eCommerce platforms
·Bilingual skills (preferred, but not required)
·A natural ability to build relationships and close deals quickly
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·A positive, leadership-oriented mindset with a passion for teamwork and mentorship
What You’ll Do
·Educate prospective students on the Company’s full catalog of online courses and resources
·Deliver quotes and proposals within 4 business hours of request
·Proactively follow up on website and social media inquiries
·Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing feedback that helps optimize lead quality
·Contribute to the onboarding of new sales reps by sharing insights and best practices
·Track personal performance to meet key goals: $15K+ in weekly sales and 15+ hours of phone engagement per week
What We Offer
·Base Salary: $600–$800/week ($31,200 – $41,600 annually)
·Commission: 5% commission on all personal sales, including performance based bonuses
