What This Role Is All About
You'll be on the ground, in the action, driving day-to-day service operations while mentoring a team and building strong client relationships. You'll oversee a growing service and sales operation , supported by a talented group of leads and coordinators who help execute your vision.
You don't need to come from the electrical trade, but you do need proven leadership experience and the ability to build and maintain client relationships that last.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Range: $100,000-$150,000 (based on experience)
Total Target Earnings: $200,000+ (with bonus and equity potential)

You've led teams of 25 or more and know how to build trust, coach for performance, and speak each person's "language."
You're decisive under pressure, able to pivot quickly and prioritize in a reactive environment.
You understand that the client is the boss, and every interaction (text, email, call, or visit) is a chance to win their loyalty.
You delegate smartly, put out fires without burning out your team, and look for the lesson in every challenge.
You're ambitious, self-driven, and have your own goals, just like the people you'll be leading.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing daily service and sales operations for profitability and performance
Coaching and inspiring your team to hit and exceed goals
Building lasting client relationships across communication styles and preferences
Identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions
Delegating tasks and leveraging your leadership team for maximum results
Utilizing technology platforms like ServiceTitan , Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint to track metrics and streamline communication
Maintaining composure and focus, even when things are moving fast
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 25 or more employees
Service or operations experience (electrical industry experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with technology and performance-tracking tools
Sales or customer-facing experience
A growth mindset and passion for coaching others
Natural curiosity, direct communication, and the ability to motivate diverse personalities
