Celtra is searching for an intelligent, entrepreneurial adtech seller with an understanding of marketing technology, digital media, design software, and/or project management software, to develop and close sales deals. You will join a North America focused sales team to drive the growth of new revenue and acquisition of new logos with globally recognized Brands across CPG, DTC, retail, hospitality, technology and other verticals our software and platform serve. We believe successful advertising starts with impactful creatives. As such, we help marketers, media platforms, and agencies succeed by scaling their creative ideas through technology. Whether it's an ability to scale, measure, create, collaborate, or simply executive - we are helping Brands to maximize their ad performance with our AI-powered Creative Automation solution.
Successful Outcomes Win new Brand clients for Celtra
Top of funnel lead generation through prospecting, networking, events, and creatively leveraging social, marketing, or other channels to generate interest and value-adding conversations
Drive and own the sales process bringing in team members (solutions consulting, product, engineering, deal desk, legal, customer success, etc) at the right times, progressing through key sales stages to close opportunities
Work with solutions consultants and customer success to hand-off new brand clients for activation and platform onboarding
Learn Celtra's suite of current and future software offerings and services as a means to pitch, strategically demonstrate, and discuss it's value to marketers, creatives, and/or digital media professionals Qualifications Digital media, martech, and/or adtech knowledge and proven achievement with a love for learning and doing new things
8+ years experience prospecting large deals with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
8+ years involvement in sales processes that include discovery and pre-sales/solution demos
Comfortable with ambiguity -- a persistent self-starter, unaffected by rejection
Able to roll-up sleeves and do things an intern or SDR might do, and lead a C-Suite presentation later in the same day
Able to ask for help when needed
Comfortable working with legal, finance, and procurement stakeholders to move deals to contract stage and through to signature
Able to listen and probe for product requirements and describe these requirements in language that both engineers and business leads understand
Marketer mentality -- able to put yourself in client's shoes and imagine how effective marketing will move clients to take action, everything from search ads, content marketing, info visualizations, and sales decks
