Job Opportunity: Enterprise Sales Specialist
Location: Orlando–Lakeland–Tampa Area

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to continued growth. This is a new business development role focused on expanding presence and supporting company growth in the Central Florida area.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and achieving productivity goals. Partnering with our Sales and Account Management team, your efforts will focus on building our footprint in the private security sector, including physical security and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through daily sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and lead follow-ups.

  • Identify and qualify client prospects to grow the customer base.

  • Manage and prepare estimates and quotes for prospective clients.

  • Track, analyze, and report sales activity to support business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with management to evaluate potential clients, conduct preliminary investigations, and facilitate onboarding.

  • Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Professional) to record and report KPI and quota metrics.

  • Work with internal departments (operations, finance, HR, account management) to deliver client solutions.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Support additional sales projects as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role; inside or outside sales experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and leverage relationships.

  • Organized and analytical, with experience in tracking/reporting KPIs and quota metrics in CRM systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong follow-up skills.

  • Positive disposition and adaptable in a dynamic, growing sales environment.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week in-office).

  • Compensation: $60-70k base salary plus commission ($80-90k OTE), with additional performance incentives (quarterly SPIFFs, President's Club recognition, and other success-driven opportunities).
