Job Title: Lighting Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring excellent service. Provide support on the showroom floor, interacting with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales with customers. Maintain accurate order entries and keep customers updated on their order progress. Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Organized, self-motivated, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence. Ability to handle multiple tasks and proactively solve potential issues. Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; familiarity with entertainment lighting is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with order fulfillment and CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
