As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Salary plus commission and bonuses. Willing to train the right person for this position. • Meet business production goals and objectives
• Call and follow up on provided leads to close business
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client's needs
• Educate clients on insurance coverages
• Consistent follow up with clients is required
• Must have drive and ambition to succeed
• Must have the "never give up attitude"
• Must be a team player

• Property and Casualty License is a bonus, but if willing to get licensed all applicants will be considered
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
