Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirement A Property & Casualty insurance license is required but if you don't have one we help train and pay for the licensing cost A Life & Health Insurance license is required but if you don't have one we help training and pay for the licensing cost Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus Insurance experience is preferred, but not required Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior Must be coachable Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening Must have strong interpersonal communication skills Must be motivated and determined
