Responsibilities
  • Achieve targeted goals and objectives for new business production as set by the agency.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
  • Ensure compliance by fully understanding and adhering to all underwriting, rating, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay current on newly introduced products, services, and industry updates.
  • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and lead sources.
  • Conduct cold calls, send direct emails, and engage in various lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline.

Requirements
  • Ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively present coverage options and close sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to clearly explain products and policies.
  • Capable of handling multiple client interactions and follow-ups while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • No prior insurance experience required must be motivated, coachable, and willing to learn the Farmers way
