Responsibilities

•Drive new business development through proactive client outreach, including making 60+ cold calls daily, setting meetings, and attending industry events
•Provide expert advice to clients on achieving their investment real estate objectives related to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
•Conduct in-depth property analyses, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparisons, and research
•Stay informed on the local market and current industry trends through continuous research
•Market exclusive property listings to a targeted group of qualified buyers
•Build new client relationships and expand your network by connecting with industry professionals
•Lead negotiations for exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements
•Engage in top-tier training and continuous professional development workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
