Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions. Experience in B2B sales or technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in negotiation techniques and upselling strategies is beneficial.
