As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will mentor and guide sales representatives, help drive customer engagement, and directly contribute to the growth of our business. Since the Entry Level Sales Manager position is an entry-level leadership opportunity, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced Senior Sales Managers to set you up for long-term success. Entry Level Sales Manager Responsibilities: Assist in developing, mentoring, and managing a team of sales representatives, supporting them in meeting performance goals and sales targets Build meaningful connections with new and existing customers by presenting AT&T products and services tailored to their needs Monitor sales activity and customer interactions to track results, improve retention, and ensure high-quality service Collaborate with other Sales Managers to implement sales strategies that enhance team performance and customer satisfaction Stay up to date on all company policies, promotions, products, and services to effectively lead and support your sales team Encourage and coach fellow Entry Level Sales Managers aspiring to move into leadership roles, helping them develop the skills needed for advancement Entry Level Sales Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Prior experience as an Entry Level Sales Manager is highly desirable Strong leadership potential with an eagerness to grow into management Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A collaborative mindset with the ability to foster a positive and motivating team culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
