Job Description: As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will use your communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and promotions to entice customers and drive sales. Relationship-Building: Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to increase customer engagement and create positive experiences for them in our stores. Creative Thinking : Work with customers to create individualised service packages that are tailored to fit their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products. Drive Sales : Utilize sales and marketing strategies and collaborate to meet sales goals and continue to expand sales with customer engagement. Problem Solving : Manage inquiries from customers, questions, and concerns with professionalism and a smile! Work to ensure our customers are satisfied and leave with a positive experience.
Qualifications: Customer Service Experience (1+ years) Sales/Marketing experience or related courses are a plus, but not required. Interest in Sales and Marketing. Excellent communication skills. Ability to learn new products and promotions quickly. Ability to adapt to new situations and strategically handle them with professionalism. Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.
