Responsibilities Client Engagement: Connect with customers to identify opportunities for Allstate products and services specifically tailored to their needs. Sales Goals: Actively work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue benchmarks. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Allstates insurance products and services. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support by answering inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, contributing to business growth. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in marketing or business is a plus. Licensing: Willingness to obtain and maintain an active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing a positive client experience. Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and processes. Team Collaboration: Ability to work successfully as part of a team while also thriving in a self-motivated sales environment. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and be detail-oriented.
