Compensation: $160,000 at plan
Responsibilities: Generate new business by actively reaching out to potential clients, making 60+ cold calls per day, scheduling meetings, and participating in industry events
Offer knowledgeable guidance to clients to help them meet their real estate investment goals involving property valuation, acquisitions, and sales
Perform thorough property evaluations, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market analysis, and comprehensive research
Keep up-to-date with local market conditions and industry trends through ongoing study and research
Promote exclusive listings to a select audience of qualified buyers
Develop new client connections and grow your professional network by engaging with key industry contacts
Manage negotiations for exclusive listing contracts, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements
Participate in advanced training sessions and ongoing professional development to sharpen expertise and skills
