Job Summary: As an Entry-Level RN, you will provide direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and procedures. Your role includes: Implementing and monitoring patient care plans while effectively communicating patient conditions. Coordinating care across all disciplines to ensure a seamless experience for patients. Recording and executing physician and nursing orders accurately. Assessing discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Applying knowledge and skills to provide individualized care addressing the full scope of patient needs. Delegating care tasks to nursing personnel based on their expertise and education levels. Participating in daily interdisciplinary patient rounds with valuable input on patient outcomes. Ensuring compliance with ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, Code of Ethics, and Social Policy Statement. Developing and revising individualized care plans. Engaging in professional growth activities beyond patient care. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Associate degree required; BSN preferred. Current Connecticut RN license. BLS certification by the American Heart Association. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
