As a Field Marketer, you will play a crucial role in assessing needs and delivering value to our potential customers in New Jersey. The Role: In your role as a Field Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support our sales team by connecting and engaging with potential prospects. With our strong training programs designed by industry experts, you'll develop the skills and tools necessary to excel in this position. This role provides valuable experience in marketing as well as comparable experience from working directly with the sales department. You will be the tip of the spear in the development of the department and individual growth. Role Responsibilities: Be the Face of the Brand: Get out in the field, connect with homeowners, and introduce them to services that add real value to their homes. Engage Potential Customers: Utilize your communication skills to connect with potential customers and provide them with valuable information about our services. Provide Value: Serve as the initial point of contact between customers and our company - use knowledge and expertise to schedule appointments for inspections and estimates. Own Your Success: With uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, how much you earn is entirely up to you. Our top performers regularly earn well above the base pay thanks to our uncapped commission structure.
