Position Summary: We're seeking a driven Equipment Sales Representative to consult with warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing clients—identifying and delivering custom material handling and storage solutions tailored to their operations. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, technical aptitude, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their material flow and warehouse efficiency. Job Description: Work independently and collaboratively with a team to manage your sales territory and increase market share Engage clients through consultative sales and solution-based approaches Build strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries Deliver presentations, proposals, and solutions tailored to the clients' needs and applications Manage the sales cycle using CRM tools and Microsoft Office 365 Act as a trusted advisor, backed by Barclay's extensive service, rental, and product support teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Minimum 3+ years of industry experience · Strong self-motivation who embraces accountability, with a passionate customer-centric attitude · Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems · Mechanical/engineering knowledge or entrepreneurial background is a big plus A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
