Description Sales position is a base wage + 15% commission. Starting wage is $14.81/hr + 15% Commission for 60 days. (Allows time for sales pipeline). After the 60 days' the pay will be $9.00 + 15% commission. ($40k-200K a year) Job Responsibilities: - Sales rep needs to make 30-50 outbound calls per day. - Be responsible for continuously keeping accounts up to date - Properly Follow all sales tools protocol - Zoho CRM Task Management., Notes, Lead Statuses, Priorities - Using, Following, and Uploading RSL's into Zoho CRM - Quoting Live on the Phone with Customers via Email, Text, or CrankWheel (screenshare). - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, via TRS Team Reporting System - Recommend product based on information gathered in RSL. Uncover the true need of the sale - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Transferring them to Customer Success Team - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Provides clear verbiage and detail on customer invoices, as well as following up on specialty ordered items such as forks, attachments, etc. - All leads provided by DF are to be contacted within the first minute of receiving - Four (3) sales per month or $15,000.00 in GP is required - Meeting or exceeding the sales goals - Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability - Obtaining deposits and balance payment from clients, via PandaDoc and Invoices - Coordinate efforts with the Customer Success team to provide OSHA training for customers.
Compensation details: 40000-200000 Yearly Salary
