Skills & Attributes Proven consultative sales skills, ideally in professional services, legal, or high-ticket solutions. Ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and connect emotionally with clients. Tech-savvy with CRM experience (training provided). Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision. Use a compassionate, consultative approach to help families understand the importance of planning and the risks of doing nothing. Build rapport and trust quickly with prospects from diverse backgrounds. Clearly communicate the benefits of our services, overcoming objections with empathy and facts. Manage and track leads in our CRM, ensuring follow-up with potential clients who havent yet engaged. Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a seamless hand-off after engagement. Follow up with clients for satisfaction and potential referral opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining client satisfaction standards. Qualifications: Education & Experience 3+ years of successful sales experience with measurable results. Track record in high-trust, relationship-based sales environments. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Experience in legal, financial services, or estate planning. Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Life experiences that foster empathy and understanding when working with clients in sensitive situations.
