Corporate Events & Sales Support Specialist We are seeking an Events and Sales Support Specialist based out of our corporate office in Tacoma, WA. This will be a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely while requiring occasional in-office presence for key meetings, events, and team collaboration. Purpose: The Corporate Events & Sales Support Specialist partners closely with the Corporate Sales team to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and coordinate large- and small-scale impactful events. This role supports sales leadership by aligning team efforts with company objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration across departments. Success in this role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable professional who can manage multiple priorities, respond effectively to dynamic situations, and make sound decisions independently. What You'll Be Doing: Act as a Project Specialist to plan and execute sales program projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Develop milestone schedules, track progress, provide reporting, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership. Strive for continuous improvement and offer ideas on how to improve processes while supporting business goals and client needs. Plan events by managing and executing logistics for large- and small-scale conferences, quarterly and annual meetings, and team events. Ensures alignment with company goals and effective use of leadership time. Support sales leadership by providing administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence. Maintain awareness of team priorities and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives. Provide sales research and data analysis as needed to support sales strategy and goal tracking. Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them. Build and maintain trust and relationships across departments and with clients. Communicate exceptionally well and act as a liaison with managers, associates, Burkhart clients, and others keeping everyone in the loop. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with associate, client, and company information. What You'll Need: 5+ years of planning and executing large- and small-scale events for a sales organization from start to finish. 3 years of prior experience in project coordination and/or management. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 based on experience. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
