We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for planning and executing successful events. As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our event sales strategy, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and helping to create memorable experiences.
Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners. Assist in creating customized proposals and sales presentations for events. Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and AV requirements. Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure compliance with event budgets. Track and analyze sales metrics to improve future event offerings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, ideally in event planning or coordination. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
