We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of a variety of events from corporate meetings to large social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and a strong background in sales and customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate all details of events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors and suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and services.
  • Create and manage event timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management software.
