Event Sales Coordinator

Bezelbloom is seeking a poised, detail-obsessed, and client-focused Client Relations & Sales Coordinator to help manage the flow of inquiries, nurture relationships, and ensure each client touchpoint feels personal, polished, and unforgettable. You will be the first voice and warm welcome for potential clients; guiding them from their first inquiry through scheduled consultations. You will attend meetings to capture key details, assist with event preparations, and ensure follow-ups happen with elegance and precision. This role blends relationship building, sales support, and logistical coordination in a creative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management & Client Communication: Call and screen couples who have submitted consultation forms, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings with the Creative Director.
• Meeting & Proposal Support: Attend consultations, take detailed notes, assist with proposal preparation, and maintain organized client records.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, confirm appointments, and anticipate needs before they arise.
• Event & Showcase Assistance: Travel to showcases, venue tours, and trade shows; assist with setup and lead collection; provide on-site event support.
• Follow-up & Relationship Nurturing: Proactively follow up with warm leads and celebrate client milestones with thoughtful touches. Ideal Candidate Profile
• Exceptional communication skills — polished phone etiquette and articulate writing.
• Naturally warm, confident, and personable.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy (Google Calendar, Zoom, Excel, and Canva).
• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends. Preferred (Not Required)
• Prior experience in luxury events, hospitality, or high-end client services.
• Familiarity with wedding industry timelines and etiquette.
