Overview Event Sales Manager Hospitality & Entertainment Location: Marlborough, MA Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr This role is with a leading family entertainment group and oversees event sales across four venues. It is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving event revenue, coaching a sales team, and collaborating with operations to deliver memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead event sales for multiple locations, ensuring revenue goals and KPIs are consistently achieved. Oversee a sales team and call center providing coaching, training, and accountability. Manage the full event sales cycle from inquiry through execution: proposals, contracts, BEOs, and guest follow-up. Act as the main escalation point for client concerns, ensuring a seamless experience. Build lasting relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and community partners. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on promotions, buyouts, and large-scale events. Track sales results, pipeline activity, and performance metrics through CRM systems. Skills & Experience 5+ years in hospitality, event, or entertainment sales , ideally with team leadership experience. Strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment. Skilled in contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and client relationship management. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Infor/CenterEdge experience a plus). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
