Known for our stunning venue, exceptional service, and attention to detail, we're seeking a passionate and driven Event Sales Manager to join our team and help couples bring their dream weddings to life.Position OverviewThe Event Sales Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling our wedding and event packages. This role also includes assisting in the venue's marketing efforts to enhance visibility, generate leads, and elevate our brand in the competitive wedding and event industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively generate leads and respond to inquiries from prospective clients.Schedule and conduct site tours, showcasing the venue and packages.Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.Develop and present tailored proposals to clients based on their llaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.Represent the venue at industry events, bridal shows, and networking functions.Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new business, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.Provide content ideas and updates for social media platforms and website.Qualifications5 Years of Proven experience in sales5 Years in the wedding, event, or hospitality industryStrong understanding of the wedding/event planning process.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed for client meetings and events.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We OfferCompetitive salary with commission and bonus opportunities.Professional growth and networking opportunities.A supportive, team-oriented work environment.How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role.The Briarcliff Manor is an equal opportunity pensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year About UsLocated in the historic town of Briarcliff Manor, New York, the estate has been making memories and hosting lavish events for over 50 years.
