Overview Hyatt Vacation Club is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning sales and marketing team as an Event Sales & Marketing Agent for San Diego County. This role involves promoting Hyatt Vacation Club programs at events and off-property locations (e.g., MLB games, concerts, malls, fairs, and trade shows) and offering guests financial incentives for learning about our points-based ownership product. The AMS Marketing Executive position pays a base wage of $18.04 per hour with production pay; the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $27,500 and $72,000 . Pay: $18.04 per hour plus bonuses/commission; up to $250/week additional training pay for the first 10 weeks. Sign-On Bonus: Currently offering $1,000 Sign-On bonus; $500 paid after 45 days and $500 paid after 6 months . Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week; must be available to attend events throughout San Diego County; schedules vary by events; afternoon/night and weekend availability required. Responsibilities Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending events and at off-site locations. Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.

To Become an Event Sales & Marketing Agent/OPC Marketing Coordinator Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone. Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends. Telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Physical requirements: reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
