Role Description We are seeking an Event Sales Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will represent clients at live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional activations. You'll be the face of our campaigns, responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences. Job Responsibilities Represent clients at local events, retail locations, and promotional activations Deliver engaging product presentations and answer customer questions Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Support event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure flawless presentations Track and report daily/weekly sales metrics to management Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative event strategies Assist in training new hires as you advance into leadership roles Contribute to maintaining a high-energy, positive team culture Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality with a passion for people and sales Ability to work in fast-paced, event-based environments Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives Team player with leadership potential Experience in sales, marketing, events, or customer service is a plus Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
