Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Banquet/Event Sales Manager for the SMERF market or Birthday Party Sales for our NEW location opening in early 2026 in Schaumburg, IL Birthday/SMERF Sales Manager Reports to: General Manager/Senior Sales Manager POSITION OVERVIEW The Sales Manager plays a key role in leading and supporting the Sales Team in executing targeted programs designed to drive pre-sold group business. This position is responsible for selling and managing group events and/or birthdays, while ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and ethical standards of AIKG and upholds the integrity of the Andretti brand. This is a salaried management role with the potential to earn substantial commissions based on performance.
