1587 Prime is a brand new, immersive and upscale dining experience created by Noble 33 in partnership with Champions and global superstars, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. The modern American steakhouse will be affiliated with the iconic Loews Hotel Kansas City, welcoming guests to indulge in an unparalleled culinary journey spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across two floors. The restaurant will boast multiple private dining rooms, a world-class chef’s kitchen, and a meat display.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Proactively generate new clients through outside sales efforts, networking, referrals, online marketing, attending networking events, etc.
Meet with clients or event planners to understand their event visions and preferences. Provide expert advice and recommendations to help them make informed decisions.
Create customized proposals that align with the client's vision, budget, and needs. Ensure that all details are thoroughly and professionally outlined.
Reply to all leads and emails promptly with in 24-48 hours.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and services to secure new business. Work closely with clients to ensure a seamless and easy process.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay in contact throughout the planning process.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to continuously improve the company's services and adapt to changing client preferences.
Collaborate with FOH, and BOH teams to create a seamless execution of events, overseeing all logistics and details. Create and distribute BEO's per guidelines.
Attend and execute weekly BEO's meetings and prepare forecasts
Be part of the FOH management team and help troubleshoot guest recovery and feedback.
Run deposits, create invoices and ensure all events are paid in full
Create personalized menu cards and collaborate with outside vendors when needed
Presence on-site to greet the client and planners, work with to the FOH team for execution.
Utilize Tripleseat sales strategies set forth by the Director of Event Sales
Cross market and work cohesively with event managers within Noble 33 to build upon relationships
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in event sales, catering sales, or hospitality sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a high volume, high demand position with the ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Tripleseat and Seven Rooms is a plus.
