We are Hiring an Executive Inside Sales Associate in Houston, TX The Inside Sales Associate sells products and/or services to customers through various mediums and acts as a point of contact post-sale, focusing on ongoing customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Maintains relationships with accounts through ongoing client contact and support. Responds to client inquiries and offers recommendations on appropriate products and services. Must work with urgency to execute sales strategies, generate quotations, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met. May collaborate with outside sales teams to achieve sales goals and revenue targets. Responsibilities: Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business Creates and delivers proposals to customers Receives orders from customers and internal sources, reviews them for accuracy, and processes them Ensures customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service and support, resolving concerns or issues Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting Stays up-to-date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner Sells complex products/services; utilizes knowledge of products/services and industry to evaluate and recommend solutions to customers Utilizes strategic sales processes; manages established accounts and maintains stable revenue responsibilities May recommend updates or changes to product and service offerings based on industry knowledge Performs other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in a technical field and/or customer support, preferably within manufacturing Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred Sales experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective intra-departmental communication for alignment and information sharing Understanding of company products and services Experience with collaborative selling processes Ability to utilize sales techniques effectively and develop industry familiarity Ability to identify and develop sales from new and existing customers Ability to complete sales with minimal supervision Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Basic understanding of SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems Starting pay is dependent on skills, experience, and location, and is typically not at the top of the range.
